Not perfect, but worth it
The junior suite was really good, with a spacious terrace with pool views and an excellent bathroom complete with two showers! The staff surprised me with birthday decorations, showcasing their thoughtful service!
The check-out process felt slightly rushed, and I would have appreciated more clarity on the room amenities. That said, any minor inconveniences were easily overshadowed by the overall experience.

What an experience! The high-end design unfortunately didn't translate to function-my toilet area was behind glass? The pool was full of leaves as it wasn't cleaned daily! Very disappointing for such a pretentious place. Honestly, i almost gave this a good review but couldn't when my welcome gift went nonexistent.

I loved the massage services offered and the nice sun loungers by the pool. Perfect for some relaxation time! The Wi-Fi was a bit shaky at times, so just keep that in mind while planning your stay 😊

The hotel was not only beautiful and clean, but very tastefully decorated as well. The spacious room offered a comfortable retreat, and the continental breakfast was impressively presented. The manager and staff were accommodating , especially when Hurricane Beryl affected some areas. This is certainly a place I would look forward to returning to.
The check-out process felt slightly rushed.

Great pool area and comfortable room, ideal for city trip. , the location was central and walking distance from major attractions. Plus, the breakfast was complimentary and filling.
The staff was not hospitable and didn't seem to care about guests' needs or comfort. The coffee offered was limited to only two pods and additional ones could only be purchased at the reception, which seemed a bit unfair to the guests paying a high price.
